Shipping:
The tutorial CDs are shipped via USPS Postal mail unless otherwise specified in the order form.

Orders are processed immediately & shipped within 1 – 2 days. We also ship internationally.

Returns:
If you are not satisfied with the tutorials for any reason, simply return the CD for a full refund.

To return a product, simply visit our support page and select “Return a Product CD” from the Category drop-down list.

We will create an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and email you the return info.

Refunds cover the purchase price only.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
